[FOURHRS] Payment, Fraud Prevention & Chargeback Policy
At FOURHRS, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a secure shopping experience for every customer. To protect both our customers and our business from fraudulent activity, the following policy applies to all purchases made through our website.
By placing an order with FOURHRS, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
1. Payment Authorization
By completing checkout, you confirm that:
- You are the authorized holder of the payment method used
- All billing information provided is accurate and complete
- You have full authorization to use the selected payment method
FOURHRS reserves the right to cancel, delay, or refuse any order flagged as high-risk, suspicious, or potentially fraudulent.
2. Chargeback & Dispute Policy
We are committed to resolving any issues directly and professionally. Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, customers agree to contact us first at orders.nothingmatters@gmail.com to allow reasonable time for resolution.
Unauthorized, fraudulent, or abusive chargebacks may result in:
- Permanent restriction from future purchases
- Submission of evidence to Shopify Payments, banks, and payment processors
- Fraud reports filed with the appropriate financial institutions or authorities when necessary
FOURHRS maintains detailed transaction records for all orders, including but not limited to:
- Order confirmations
- Shipping and tracking information
- Delivery confirmation
- Customer communication records
- IP address and fraud analysis data
- Shopify fraud prevention verification
- Billing and payment authorization records
This information may be submitted as evidence in response to disputes or chargebacks.
3. Shipping & Processing Times
Many FOURHRS products are made-to-order or produced in limited quantities. Processing and shipping estimates are provided on each product page.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that:
- Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary
- Pre-order and made-to-order items require additional processing time
- Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or manufacturing are outside of our control
Standard processing or shipping delays do not qualify as grounds for a chargeback.
4. Fraud Prevention & Order Verification
To maintain a secure shopping environment, FOURHRS reserves the right to:
- Request identity or payment verification for certain orders
- Hold or cancel orders flagged by Shopify or fraud detection systems
- Refuse service to customers suspected of fraudulent activity
- Report confirmed fraud to payment providers and relevant authorities
Orders may be temporarily placed on hold until verification is successfully completed.
5. Customer Agreement
By checking the agreement box at checkout and completing your purchase, you confirm that:
- You have read, understood, and accepted this policy
- You understand FOURHRS reserves the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks using all available evidence
- You acknowledge that false disputes or unauthorized chargebacks may result in account restrictions, investigation, or legal action where applicable
